When did you first realize you wanted to pursue a career as a designer?

I had a woman I respected wear my work and it made me think that if she would wear it, others would as well. It really validated me!

What was the most valuable thing you learned from your first job/ internship experience?

I learned that social interactions and relationships help incredibly with sales.

"Stop caring what everyone thinks, just do what you want no matter what. There will never be the perfect time for anything!"

What was the biggest rookie mistake you made when just starting out?

I didn't edit as much as I should have. Now every piece I make I like it to be a personal favorite!

If you could go back and tell yourself one thing before beginning your career what would it be?

Stop caring what everyone thinks, just do what you want no matter what. There will never be the perfect time for anything!

What role do you think social media plays in fashion today?

It can be important to display new work and get reactions from people on new styles.

"I’m a vintage fanatic and a downtown type of girl. I like what I like and don’t really ever follow trends."

What is your favorite part about being a designer?

I love being able to express myself creatively, it’s an outlet that I enjoy, thankfully.

How do you want women to feel when wearing your jewelry?

Chic, elegant, one of a kind and confident.

How would you describe your personal style?

I’m a vintage fanatic and a downtown type of girl. I like what I like and don’t really ever follow trends.

Where do you draw inspiration from for your designs?

Everywhere truly! Shadows, architecture, sidewalks, etc.
