At Henry Arroway, our most important values are elegance, quality, and craftsmanship. We believe in creating timeless pieces that combine innovation with tradition, always designed with sophistication and attention to detail.

What inspired you to become a designer?

I was inspired to become a designer by a passion for elegance andcraftsmanship. From an early age, I admired how clothing could express personality and confidence, and I wanted to create timeless pieces that combine style, quality, and innovation.


How did the brand’s name come to be?

The name Henry Arroway was created to reflect aninternational spirit and timeless elegance. It evokessophistication, strength, and modernity — values that are atthe heart of our brand identity.


When was your first industry experience, and how did it impact you?

My first real industry experience was on the workshop floor,learning directly from master craftsmen and productionteams. I spent long days observing how patterns becamegarments, how fabric behavior determined constructionchoices, and how meticulous finishing elevated a coat fromgood to exceptional. That period profoundly shaped mydesign philosophy: respect for traditional techniques,relentless focus on high standards, and a drive to incorporatenew materials and technologies without losing soul oridentity. Those early lessons translated into Henry Arroway’scommitment to premium quality, considered details, andpieces designed to last.


What sets your brand apart from the rest?

Henry Arroway stands apart because we don’t just createouterwear — we create timeless companions. Our brandmerges heritage craftsmanship with contemporary design,resulting in garments that are elegant, versatile, andenduring. What has been your biggest accomplishment to date?

The most significant achievement has been transforming a family-ledvision into a coherent, market-ready brand that stands for qualityand elegance. From hands-on work with artisans to defining ourdesign language, we established rigorous production standards,developed collections that resonate with a discerning audience, andbuilt lasting relationships with partners and customers. That journey— turning craftsmanship and attention to detail into a distinct brand identity — is what I consider my proudest accomplishment: seeing people choose Henry Arroway as their go-to for elegant, durable outerwear.


What are some challenges you’ve had to overcome with your brand?

Henry Arroway has faced several challenges along the way.Entering a competitive market where fast fashion sets thepace meant we had to clearly define our identity as apremium outerwear brand. We also navigated the complexities of sourcing high-quality fabrics and ensuring consistent craftsmanship while scaling production. Another challenge was expanding internationally, adapting to new markets without losing our DNA. Each of these experiences pushed us to innovate, strengthen our values, and remain committed to creating garments that stand apart for their elegance, quality, and longevity.


How do you gather feedback from your customers, and how does that influence product development?

Customer feedback is at the core of our product developmentprocess. We collect insights through personal conversations in ourboutiques, digital channels such as social media and email, anddedicated after-sales follow-ups. This dialogue allows us tounderstand how our garments perform in real life — from comfortand durability to style preferences. Based on this, we adaptsilhouettes, introduce new fabric technologies, and refine finishingtouches. More than just data, this feedback builds a continuous relationship with our clients, ensuring that every Henry Arroway collection evolves with their lifestyle while staying true to our DNA of elegance and craftsmanship.


Besides your brand, what are you passionate about?

Beyond the brand, I’m passionate about design in all its forms— from fashion and textiles to interior design and productmockups. I also love sport (especially football andbasketball), We proudly sponsor Athletic Club Bilbao’s women’s team — one of the oldest and most respected teamsin Spain’s first division, with strong local values that perfectly align with our DNA.


What are some daily habits or practices that help you stay productive and motivated?

I stay productive by starting each day with clear priorities, dedicating time to design research, and balancing creative work with sport and outdoor activities that keep my mind fresh.


What’s next for your brand’s future?

The future of Henry Arroway lies in building a truly global brandwhile staying loyal to our DNA. Our next step is to expand into newinternational markets, particularly in Europe and North America,where we see strong demand for premium outerwear. At the sametime, we are committed to integrating sustainability and innovationacross every collection — from fabric development to productionprocesses. We also aim to enhance our digital channels and createstronger connections with our community worldwide. Ultimately, the future of Henry Arroway is about evolution: bringing timelesselegance to new audiences without losing the craftsmanship and authenticity that define us.
