What is your earliest design memory?

My earliest memory was from 39 years ago, still a teenager, buying shoes to go to school in a factory here in the city.

 

What do you consider to be the greatest motivation behind your work?

The greatest motivation is minimizing environmental impacts and developing raw materials that can benefit the concept of sustainable footwear.

What is the inspiration for your brand’s name?

To inspire people to think green, walk green and live green in the essence of being.

 

What is your favorite fashion film or show?

I prefer documentaries about the preservation of the environment, recycling, and I always seek minimalism with quality.

 

Do you have a favorite piece that you have designed? 

Yes! Our best seller, where instead of using different pieces or details, we removed everything we possibly could, leaving only the basic structure of a shoe.

 

Do you ever have creative blocks? If so, how do you overcome them?

No blocks, but doubts; mainly to maintain a new concept without straying away from our values. I turn the tape over and remember when we started our journey, our purpose, and everything returns to normal.

 

What would you like your brand to be known/recognized for?

For the purpose of helping people live their essence and inner self, without needing props to introduce themselves to a group or society. That only the essential is sufficient, as well as your values ​​and principles.

Social media is of the utmost importance to finding the audience who want to engage with our concepts and purposes.

 

What’s the best piece of business advice you’ve heard? Do you follow it?

Doing something with love, whatever you are doing, and always thinking about the collective good. It should be good for everyone, from any point of view; in a word, "UBUNTU".
